Are the inks vegan?
Yes. Black Shadow® and White Shadow® have a vegan formula and are not tested on animals. Both are dermatologically tested.
What is the difference between 100 ml and 240 ml?
Only the volume. The ink is the same in both bottles. The 100 ml bottle is good for trying the ink or for lighter use; the 240 ml bottle goes further for artists who work with it every day.
How long does it last after opening?
The expiry date printed on the bottle is the reference. After opening, keep the bottle tightly closed, in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Period of use after opening: [CONFIRM WITH THE BRAND].
Where is the factory?
In Vietnam. Shadow Ink is a 100% Vietnamese company, with its own factory, on the market since 1998.
Where do I find the batch number and expiry date?
On the bottle itself. Every bottle leaves the factory with its batch number and expiry date printed on it. If yours has none, do not use it and talk to us.
Can I buy on the website?
No. The website is a catalog: here you get to know the products, the sizes and the composition. To talk to us, use the channels on the Contact page.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, as long as the bottle is sealed and unused, because it is a product applied to the skin. Defective products are handled separately. See Exchanges, Returns and Refunds.
