The prices shown on this website are in USD and refer to the product only. The website is a catalog: it has no shopping cart and no online payment.

Not included: freight, insurance, taxes, fees and currency exchange costs, where applicable. See Payment.

Prices may change without notice. The price confirmed by our team at the time the order is closed is the one that applies.

An order is only considered accepted after our team confirms availability, total amount and payment method, and after payment is confirmed.

Products are subject to stock availability. If an item in your order is not available, we let you know before charging and you can adjust or cancel the order.

If a product is quoted with an obviously wrong price or description, we may correct the information and are not required to keep the order under those conditions. You will be notified and may confirm the order at the correct amount or cancel it, with a full refund of any amount already paid.

We are responsible for the quality of the products we manufacture, within the conditions of use, storage and expiry date shown on the label.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including the Law on Protection of Consumers' Rights (Law No. 19/2023/QH15), Vietnamese e-commerce legislation and Vietnamese personal data protection legislation, as well as any rules that amend or replace them.

The competent courts of the city where the company's head office is located, in Vietnam, have jurisdiction to settle any dispute.

This website serves buyers from other countries. If you buy as a consumer, the rights guaranteed by the law of your country that cannot be waived by contract continue to apply, and nothing in these Terms limits them.
