Payment

The payment methods available for your country are given by our team before the order is closed.

The availability of each method may vary according to the buyer's country.

Website prices are in USD. The total order amount is confirmed by our team in that currency, unless agreed otherwise.

Conversion to the buyer's currency is made by the bank, card issuer or payment provider, at the rate of the day. Exchange fees, taxes on international transactions and international card or transfer charges are borne by the buyer.

The order is prepared after payment is confirmed. International transfers may take a few business days to clear. We send confirmation through the same channel in which the order was closed.

Card and digital wallet payments are processed by the payment provider, in its own environment. We do not store full card details.

We never ask for a card or bank password. Payment details are given only through our official channels, listed on the Contact page. Be wary of contact from other numbers or profiles.

Every order comes with a commercial invoice describing the items, quantities and amounts. The invoice reflects the actual order: we do not declare different amounts or contents.

You may cancel the order at no cost before it is dispatched, with a full refund of the amount paid, less only any non-refundable fees charged by the payment provider.

After dispatch, the rules in Exchanges, Returns and Refunds apply.

We may cancel an order because of lack of stock, an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud. In those cases, we refund the full amount paid.
