Shadow Ink products are sold exclusively to tattoo professionals and to companies in the industry. They are not intended for the general public or for home use.

By buying, you declare that you are a qualified professional or represent a company in the industry, and that you are aged 18 or over.

Each country has its own rules for the import, sale and use of tattoo inks. The buyer is responsible for knowing and complying with the health and import regulations of their country, including registrations, licences and ingredient restrictions, where they exist.

We do not guarantee that the products meet the regulatory requirements of every country. If in doubt, consult the competent authority in your country before buying.

The product must be used in line with biosafety standards and the good practices of the profession: a suitable environment, sterilized or disposable materials, hand and skin hygiene, individual ink portions for each client and correct waste disposal.

Do not pour leftover ink back into the bottle and do not let the bottle tip touch used surfaces or materials.

We recommend that the professional checks the client's allergy history and carries out a patch test before the procedure. The product is dermatologically tested, which does not rule out the possibility of individual reactions.

• Shake well before use. Use in tattoo machines with cartridges or needles.
• For tattooing only.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
• Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the bottle, and do not use bottles with no batch number, no expiry date or a broken seal.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the manufacturer is not liable for damage arising from:

• incorrect application or application by an unqualified person;
• poor hygiene or failure to follow biosafety standards;
• improper storage or use after the expiry date;
• mixing, diluting, decanting or rebottling the product;
• individual reactions of the tattooed client;
• failure to comply with the rules of the buyer's country.

Nothing in this notice excludes the manufacturer's liability for manufacturing defects or any rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.
